What you are buying

The Sales Objection Playbook is a digital product — a PDF booklet delivered electronically. There is no physical shipment, no printed book and no shipping charges. The price shown at checkout is the final price you pay.

Ordering and payment

Choose the booklet, click the buy button and complete the payment through our secure payment gateway. Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include all applicable taxes. Your order is confirmed only after the payment is successfully completed.

Delivery method and timeline

Delivery is instant and digital. Once your payment succeeds, the PDF is delivered to you on WhatsApp and/or the email address you provide, usually within a few minutes and always within 24 hours of a successful payment. No delivery takes place on your doorstep — only on your phone or computer.

If you have not received the file

If the file has not arrived within 24 hours, first check your spam/junk folder and WhatsApp. If it is still missing, contact us through the Contact Us page with your payment reference and the email or phone number used for the order. We will either deliver the file or issue a full refund for confirmed non-delivery, as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Device and reading

The PDF can be read on any mobile phone, tablet or laptop. No special app is required. You are responsible for having a working device and internet connection to receive and read the file.

Usage rights

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to read the booklet. Sharing, reselling or redistributing the file is not permitted, as detailed in our Terms & Conditions.
