About this website
This website is owned and operated by Raksha Singh. By accessing the website or purchasing the Sales Objection Playbook, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy.
The product
The Sales Objection Playbook is a digital product delivered as a PDF file. No physical book is shipped. The price, any applicable taxes, and delivery method are displayed before you pay. Content is for educational purposes and reflects general sales-communication guidance.
Ordering and payment
Orders are completed through our linked payment gateway. You agree to provide accurate contact details so the file can be delivered. A successful payment generates an order reference — please keep it for support.
Delivery
The PDF is delivered digitally to the email address or WhatsApp number provided at purchase, typically within a short time after payment confirmation. If you do not receive it, see the Refund Policy for the non-delivery process.
License and acceptable use
Your purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use in your own sales work. You must not resell, redistribute, publicly upload, share download links, or reproduce the booklet in any form without prior written permission. Team or company-wide distribution requires separate written permission.
No guaranteed outcomes
The booklet provides communication guidance only. We do not guarantee sales, income, conversion rates or any specific business result. You are responsible for following customer-consent, calling and privacy rules that apply to your work.
Intellectual property
All content on this website and in the booklet — text, design and branding — is the intellectual property of Raksha Singh and may not be copied without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product. Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory consumer rights.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
